Today I worked at the Katy location of the bookseller chain I work for. It was terrible.
First, I was hungover. Next, that store is a fucking DISASTER. Third, it's the suburbs; Katy is probably my least favorite. I've become quite the inner-loop snob. Anyway, it made me, ahem, thankful to work where I do. The downtown location is, according to a certain chief-executive, the best in the chain. Hallelujah.
